Our Staff

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a certified assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

	Valerie, our Clinical Coordinator, is also a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been employed with our office since 1994. Valerie is available to help with your treatment planning, to help maximize your insurance benefits, and answer many of your dental insurance questions. 	Penny, our Schedule Coordinator, has worked with Dr. Dawson since 2000. She will assist you in arranging your appointments. 	Krista, a Registered Dental Hygienist, has worked with Dr. Dawson since 1999. She continues to update her knowledge and skills through journals, continuing education courses and on-line updates. Since your oral health can affect your overall health, Krista will assist you with brushing and flossing techniques to maintain good dental hygiene.

	Amanda is a Dental Assistant II and graduated from Piedmont Dental Assistants in June 2009. She is trained in Cerec Cad/Cam as well as the Emax staining and glazing technique. Amanda is committed to providing excellent dental care along with educating her patients. She makes every patient feel comfortable in the dental chair, leaving every appointment with a great dental experience.

	Valarie is a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from Guilford Technical Community College in 1999 and received her CDA in 2000. It is her mission to provide you with a positive dental experience. Quality care is Valarie’s utmost goal.

	Stephanie, our Office Manager, is a 2011 graduate of Randolph Community College. She graduated with Associate Degrees in Healthcare Management Technology and Accounting.
